INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product branding, trademarks, photos, images, information, text and description of our products and brand are the exclusively owned property of MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd.
Our logo, advertising content and designs, along with our website content and design including text, layout, graphics and information are also exclusively the owned property of MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd.
We manufacture our products in Australia and overseas.
Tushon Premium 3 Ply toilet seat covers are protected by a registered design/patent both in Australia and Internationally.
All of the above are protected by Australian and International Property laws.
PRODUCT SAFETY
MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd (“we” or “us”) have used our best efforts to ensure that Tushon products are safe to use. Tushon premium disposable toilet seat covers are made from 3 Ply toilet tissue and are safe to flush. We, however, expect a common sense and intelligent approach from our customers when using our products. The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular product is fit for use. If a customer uses excessive amounts of toilet tissue when using toilet facilities together with our product we accept no liability from any damage caused by such implement. We strongly discourage the excess use of toilet tissue together with the flushing of our product.
We suggest limiting the amount of toilet paper per flush, even if it results in multiple flushes.
INDEMNITY
You indemnify MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd and must keep MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd indemnified against all damages, losses, costs, and expenses suffered by MOJO Concepts Pty Ltd arising out of any breach by you of this agreement or arising out of your use, possession or sale of the Goods or the use, possession or sale of the Goods by someone with your authority or permission.
