If a product is faulty, we will gladly exchange.

Returns must be sent back to us with the original packaging and contents complete. Please email us to notify that the goods have been returned so we can track the parcel. Once received we will send you a replacement.

You are responsible for all shipping charges should you choose not to use our original satchel.

We do not refund for change of mind.

We do not refund if you entered the incorrect address at checkout and did not receive your order.

We do not refund for orders that are not received where Australia Post has confirmed the parcel as being "delivered".
