If the goods are damaged during delivery please email us to notify us of the problem immediately.
Returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging and with the contents complete. Please email us to notify that the goods have been returned so we can track the parcel. Once received we will send you a replacement.
You are responsible for all shipping charges should you choose not to use our original satchel.
We do not offer refunds for any reason including and not limited to change of mind, incorrect address or quantity submitted at checkout, or for orders that are not received where Australia Post has confirmed the parcel as being "delivered".
