Please take care when checking out. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is submitted and that they have ordered the correct product and quantity.

Tushon would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.

Covid-19 Update: For hygiene purposes and the safety of our staff and customers we no longer accept returns for any reason except exchange of faulty or damaged goods.

If the goods are damaged during delivery please email us to notify us of the problem immediately. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason including and not limited to change of mind, incorrect address submitted by the customer or incorrect product or quantity submitted at checkout, or for orders that are not received where Australia Post has confirmed the parcel as being "delivered".
