Our Trading Policies
Welcome to Tushon. We make ordering premium disposable toilet seat covers simple and easy. Tushon ships internationally to selected countries.
If you are interested in ordering our product from a country not currently available in our checkout, please send us an email and we will respond to your enquiry and try to accommodate your request.
Ordering
Please take care when submitting your order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have ordered the correct product and quantity and submitted the correct information and address when completing an order. If you make a mistake during ordering, please email us immediately and we will be happy to amend your order if it has not yet been fulfilled.
We do not offer refunds for any reason including and not limited to change of mind, incorrect address submitted by the customer or incorrect product or quantity submitted at checkout, or for orders that are not received where Australia Post has confirmed the parcel as being "delivered".
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please take care when entering your delivery address.
If you do not receive your order due to entering an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we will only resend your order free of charge (not including delivery costs) if Australia Post refunds the order cost to us due to non-delivery, or returns the parcel to us.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when the order is to be re-sent due to the above. We reserve the right to charge either the same shipping cost that you originally paid, or a minimum $8.50 (AUD) to resend your order to cover our packaging and postage costs (even if the original shipping costs were using our FREE DELIVERY special).
Pricing
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (tax) for Australian Orders. Any reference to ‘dollars’ or ‘$’ is to an amount in Australian Currency. Tushon reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice.
International orders - The total price will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.
Payment Options
Please note that all credit card transactions are processed at the time of ordering by the payment gateway. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.
Discount Codes
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the discount code they choose to use is applied during checking out. If the customer does not apply their discount code during checkout, we can not amend the order to include the discount once the sale is completed.
During our SALE periods discount codes can not be used. Please note that only one discount code may be applied to an order at any time if one is available. Once a discount code has been applied and the purchase is complete no other discount codes will be substituted for the discount code used. No requests for refunds for the difference between two discount codes will be made. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have used the correct discount code at time of purchase.
