SHIPPING POLICY

Please take care when checking out. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is submitted and that they have ordered the correct product and quantity.

We do not accept responsibility for the cost of re-delivery if your parcel is returned to us or if you do not collect your parcel from the Post Office or Parcel Locker in the appropriate time. We do not offer refunds in the above circumstance and reserve the right to charge $10 for re-delivery.

Australian Orders

• All orders placed by midday sent same day weekdays from Bowral NSW
• FREE DELIVERY Australian orders OVER $50 - calculated after any eligible discount has been applied.
• Otherwise $7.50 for small parcels or $10 for larger parcels.
• Orders sent daily Australia wide - Allow 2 extra days during Sale periods.
• Express Shipping allow 1-2 days
• Standard Shipping 2-7 days Aus Wide
